Junior Golf
Pakuranga Golf Club actively supports junior golf. Our aim is to provide on-going junior mentoring and support programmes to help foster the love of golf and create a pathway to success in the game and in life.

The Club supports a number of categories for boys and girls aged up to the age of 18 years, with membership subscriptions available.

JUNIOR GOLF COACHING PROGRAMMES

The Junior Golf Coaching Programmes that are on offer at our club have been introduced by Director of Instruction, Kerryn Jamieson. Kerryn has brought to the club one of the best junior development programmes from America and is teaching this to the juniors at the club. The programme currently has between 50 and 60 juniors weekly with children from the age of 5 all the way through to Elite players that are representing Auckland. These programmes offer our juniors a long term pathway that supports all levels of junior golfers.

We aim to give junior golfers the coaching, instruction and positive support needed for them to improve their game and to grow as individuals.

We believe that golf gives juniors of all ages and skill levels, the opportunity to learn valuable life skills and build character.

We believe that for juniors to get the most out of the learning experience the coaching must be positive, fun, full of interaction and be personalised. This means we keep our group sizes small, and have players of the same age and skill level, learn together.

We have 5 different levels of coaching available, our first level starts from $100 per month for weekly sessions that are 1 ½ hours in length all the way through to elite pathway coaching at $245 per month for weekly sessions.
